Working Party Blast Request

WE NEED 2 STRONG MEMBERS FOR A WORKING PARTY IN VALLEY CENTER THIS FRIDAY 10-12:30.
I need 2 more people to join myself and Wayne Bonfietti for a 2.5 hour working party in Valley Center from 10am -12:30pm this Friday 12/5. We will be completing the carpet installation on 4 new tables (estimate 30-45 min total) then loading them onto a trailer, driving to Fallbrook and exchanging them with older tables at the Johnson Field fixed wing site. Then we'll take the 4 older tables to the Valley Center fixed wing site and return to my home for a light lunch of burgers, dogs and beverages. The tables are ridiculously heavy so a 4 man lift is an absolute must. I have a truck and trailer so I will take care of moving the 4 of us from Valley Center to Fallbrook and back to Valley Center.

Hello PRCF Members!
It's the time of year to get together and celebrate our members! We have a great party planned for December 6th. We will be announcing our upcoming 2026 board, our member of the year will be acknowledged, a raffle will be held, and a new and exciting silent auction will be available to all of you who are interested. We have some great items that we will be raffling and auctioning, so don't miss this event! We will also have a delicious catered dinner with dessert.
There will be many of your fellow members involved in running the evening. Steve Gebler has asked that you send him a photo of you when you were a child and a current photo. He will be doing a "guess the member" game. Please send Steve your photos to fly@stevegebler.com. It will be fun to see if we can guess which member belongs to which photo.
Tickets: Tickets can be purchased online or at our event.

FAA Renewal
For those of you who are coming up on their FAA Registration renewal process, the FAA changed things slightly back in 2022 and now want an aircraft of some sort attached to the registration.

Make sure you read through the process completely BEFORE you start, as you may need to skip certain steps if you are RENEWING your registration!!!

Flying Field
We have a 600'x40' asphalt runway, four separate helicopter pads, a pit area with tables and chairs, toilet facilities, plenty of parking, and an RV parking area (no facilities).
Johnson Field is located on about 70 acres on the Northeast corner of the intersection of I-15 and State Highway 76. We are about 16 miles North of Escondido on I-15. From I-15, take Highway 76 East towards Pala less than 1/2 mile and turn North on Pankey Rd. Enter the Palomar Flying site through the green gate. On weekdays, members must have a key to unlock the gate. The gate is open on weekends and holidays from about 8am to 1pm or when events are scheduled. The public is welcome to come and visit us during those hours. If you are interested in joining, come out anytime – mornings are the most active period. We have separate flying sites on the property devoted to RC airplanes and RC helicopters.
