Club Meeting - At the field

This weekend brings the semi-annual Camp Out and Night Fly to the field.  Come out and join with your PRCF members and family and friends for a little camping and night piloting.  In addition to the Camp Out, we are also going to be hosting a very brief club meeting at the field on Saturday, October 17 at 9 AM.

We are accepting nominations for the upcoming elections for Board Members and Officers for 2021.  If you have an interest in running for any of the officer or board Member positions, be sure to contact either Steve Kerrin or Steve Gebler to put your name onto the ballot.

We will also be hosting a virtual club meeting on Thursday, October 22 at 7 P.M. via Zoom.  You can log in at (See your email for link) Please join us for this meeting to cover a lot of information, to answer questions that you may have and to offer your services for some of the officer and board Member positions available in 2021.

In compliance with our bylaws, the nominating/volunteering period for officers and board members will close at the end of the October 22 virtual meeting. Ballots will be prepared and mailed out the first week of November along with membership renewal forms. Ballots must be received by November 19 (the November meeting date). Additional important dates will be listed in the renewal package. An email blast will be sent to let everyone know the results.
