This airplane was famous during WWII for a photo taken after 20 Kills. It was "bedazzled" for the photo and made it one of the best looking Spitfires in my opinion. It looked pretty beat up during its fighting role. Later destroyed in battle, but there is another Spitfire restored and flying that is painted to match. In a kit like this, you get to make all the control horns and every detail.
